STAFF TRAINING

A very important aspect of our commitment to H&S is staff training.

Assisted by the CITB, we maintain a skills register detailing the training that our staff
have undergone and training they may require in the future.
 

All our tradesmen hold CSR cards and have attended various other training courses which include : 
 

  • Working at height;

  • Manual handling;

  • Abrasive wheel training;

  • Telescopic handler training;

  • Handling Gas Nailer/Nail Gun.

OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE

Coronavirus (Covid-19) is having an unprecedented impact across the world.
 

It is now a critical part of our health and safety considerations.

​

We are following government guide lines and are guided by both the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) as well as the Construction Industry Council (CIC).

 

Risk Assessment has been carried out and methods of carrying out our roofing work have been adjusted as nessessary.

​

All staff have been :

  • Instructed on new procedures to protect against covid-19 infection & spread;

  • Issued with hand sanitiser and cleaning products;

  • Instructed to travel in work vans alone where possible.
